مطالعه تطبیقی صنعت گردشگری ایران و کشورهای پیشرو براساس شاخص توسعه سفر و گردشگری

چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، مقایسه تطبیقی گردشگری ایران و کشورهای پیشرو براساس شاخص توسعه سفر و گردشگری بوده است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و توسعه‌ای و توصیفی می‌باشد. برای گردآوری داده‌های این پژوهش از آمار موجود در وب‌سایت‌های بین‌المللی و همچنین، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در بخش اول شامل آمار مربوط به کشور ایران و کشورهای فرانسه، اسپانیا، و آلمان می‌باشد. در بخش دوم نیز جامعه آماری شامل کلیه متخصصان و خبرگان مرتبط با صنعت گردشگری به تعداد نامحدود بوده که ۳۸۴ نفر به عنوان نمونه با استفاده از روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تی و آزمون تحلیل واریانس تک‌ متغیری استفاده شده است. برای اعتبارسنجی مدل نیز از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نرم‌افزارهای مورد استفاده برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های این پژوهش شامل نرم‌افزار SPSS و Smart-PLS می‌باشد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بین صنعت گردشگری ایران و کشورهای مورد بررسی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. در نهایت، مدل رقابت‌پذیری سفر و گردشگری برای کشور ایران ارائه شده است.

چکیده English

The purpose of this research was to compare the tourism of Iran and leading countries based on the travel and tourism development index. This research is of applied, developmental and descriptive type. To collect the data of this research, the statistics available on international websites and also the researcher-made questionnaire were used. The statistical population of this research in the first part includes the statistics related to Iran and the countries of France, Spain, and Germany. In the second part, the statistical population includes all specialists and experts related to the tourism industry in an unlimited number of which 384 people were selected as a sample using stratified random method. T-test and univariate analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. The structural equation method has been used to validate the model. The software used to analyze the data in this study includes SPSS and Smart-PLS software. The results of this research show that there is a significant difference between the tourism industry of Iran and the studied countries. Finally, the travel and tourism competitiveness model for Iran has been presented.
