Journal of Modern Studies in Management & Organization (JMSMO) follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process.
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial assessment regarding their relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, compliance with submission requirements, and publication ethics standards. Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements proceed to scientific peer review.
The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the scientific quality of the manuscript, peer-review reports, journal policies, and editorial considerations.
Submitted manuscripts are initially evaluated by the editorial team under the supervision of the Editor-in-Chief.

Manuscripts that do not substantially fit the journal’s scope or fail to meet essential submission requirements may be rejected at this stage.
If deficiencies are correctable, manuscripts may be returned to authors for preliminary revisions.
Initial screening time: Maximum 7 working days
To maintain research integrity and prevent plagiarism, JMSMO evaluates submitted manuscripts according to its Similarity Check and Plagiarism Prevention Policy.
Similarity screening may be conducted using recognized similarity-checking systems.
Similarity reports are not assessed solely based on the similarity percentage. Reports are reviewed by the editorial team, and any concerns regarding possible plagiarism or ethical issues will be handled according to the journal’s publication ethics policies and relevant COPE guidelines.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to independent expert reviewers for scientific evaluation.
JMSMO applies a Double-Blind Peer Review process, meaning that:
