تأثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر نوآوری سازمانی با نقش میانجی انگیزش شغلی در تعاونی‌های روستایی استان مازندران

چکیده
هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر نوآوری سازمانی با نقش میانجی  انگیزش شغلی در تعاونی‌های روستایی استان مازندران می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف در حیطه تحقیقات کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان تعاونی‌های روستایی استان مازندران می‌باشد. تعداد نمونه مطابق با جدول کرجسی و مورگان 2۴6 تعیین گردید و روش نمونه‌گیری تحقیق، تصادفی ساده می‌باشد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد مربوط به سرمایه اجتماعی و نوآوری سازمانی و نگرش شغلی استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین سرمایه اجتماعی و نوآوری سازمانی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و ضریب تأثیر آن برابر 0.382 می‌باشد. سرمایه اجتماعی بر انگیزش شغلی تأثیر دارد و ضریب تأثیر آن برابر0.489 است و انگیزش شغلی بر نوآوری سازمانی در سازمان‌های تعاونی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و ضریب آن برابر 0.397 می‌باشد. همچنین، از آزمون سوبل برای سنجش تأثیر نقش میانجی متغیر انگیزش شغلی استفاده گردید و  نتایج  نشان دهنده نقش میانجی انگیزش شغلی می‌باشد.

چکیده English

This research aims to investigate the effect of social capital on organizational innovation with the mediating role of job motivation in rural cooperatives of Mazandaran province. This research is in the field of applied research in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of rural cooperatives of Mazandaran province. The sample size was determined according to the Krejci and Morgan table of 246 and the research sampling method was simple random. Standard questionnaires related to social capital, organizational innovation, and job attitude were used to collect data. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between social capital and organizational innovation and its impact coefficient is 0.382. Social capital has an impact on job motivation and its impact coefficient is 0.489 and job motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation in cooperative organizations and its coefficient is 0.397. Also, the Sobel test was used to measure the effect of the mediating role of the job motivation variable and the results indicate the mediating role of job motivation.
