All articles published by JMSMO are preserved in the journal's electronic publishing system and remain freely accessible through the journal's official website.

JMSMO preserves the published Version of Record of each article.
Post-publication changes are not made in a manner that obscures the original publication record. Where an article requires a correction, retraction, Expression of Concern, or other editorial notice, the journal will maintain a transparent link between the original article and the relevant post-publication notice.
Corrections, retractions, and other editorial actions are handled in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies and applicable COPE guidance.
The journal maintains bibliographic and metadata records associated with its published articles, including DOI information where assigned.
The journal will make reasonable efforts to ensure that article metadata, identifiers, and links remain accurate and accessible over time.
JMSMO is currently pursuing cooperation with the National Library and Archives of Iran (NLAI) and relevant national scholarly journal infrastructure for the long-term preservation of its published content.
The journal's participation in the relevant national archiving system is subject to the completion of the required technical, administrative, and registration procedures.
Until the process is formally completed and confirmed, JMSMO does not represent its content as having been fully archived in the national preservation system.
Once formal archiving is completed, the journal will update this policy and provide the relevant information to readers and authors.
The journal's management is responsible for maintaining appropriate procedures for the preservation and continuity of access to published content.
The preservation strategy may be updated as appropriate in response to technological developments, changes in publishing infrastructure, or the availability of additional recognized digital preservation services.
JMSMO considers the long-term preservation of the scholarly record an essential part of responsible academic publishing.
