Dr. Vahid Pourshahabi is an Associate Professor of Public Administration at Islamic Azad University and an academic researcher in the fields of management and organization studies.
He is the Founder and Responsible Manager of Modern Studies in Management & Organization (JMSMO), an academic journal dedicated to advancing research and knowledge exchange in management and organizational sciences. Through strategic leadership and continuous development initiatives, he contributes to strengthening the journal’s scientific position, editorial infrastructure, and international visibility.
Dr. Pourshahabi also serves as the Responsible Manager of the Journal of Management and Sustainable Development Studies (MSDS), published by Islamic Azad University, with the aim of supporting high-quality research and promoting scholarly communication in the fields of management and sustainable development.
His research interests include public administration, organizational development, artificial intelligence in management, human resource management, talent management, and the development of innovative models for analyzing complex organizational phenomena.

Professor Amin Reza Kamalian is a Professor of Public Administration at the Faculty of Management and Economics, University of Sistan and Baluchestan. He is an accomplished scholar in the fields of public administration, management, and organizational studies.
Throughout his academic career, Professor Kamalian has contributed to the advancement of management knowledge through research and scholarly activities in areas including public management, human resource management, organizational behavior, organizational entrepreneurship, governance, and organizational development.
He has pursued his academic education at national and international institutions. Professor Kamalian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Allameh Tabataba’i University, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of La Verne, California, USA, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Delhi, India.
