The Journal of Modern Studies in Management & Organization (JMSMO) welcomes qualified scholars and active researchers to join its Editorial Board. JMSMO seeks individuals who meet the following criteria:
A demonstrated research background in management, organizational studies, HRM, strategy, marketing, or related fields
A record of scholarly publications in reputable journals
Academic rank is not strictly required, though the presence of senior scholars (Associate/Full Professors) is important for maintaining international credibility
Commitment to ethical publishing practices and COPE guidelines
Interest in light‑weight academic collaboration without administrative obligations
Editorial Board Members may contribute in the following ways, based on their interest and availability:
Providing general academic guidance on the journal’s direction
Supporting visibility of the journal within academic networks
Participating in special issues or thematic calls (optional)
Reviewing manuscripts only if they wish to do so
Offering occasional feedback on editorial policies (optional)
There are no mandatory workloads, no administrative duties, and no fixed reviewing commitments.
