چکیده
Purpose: This study aimed to design a dynamic resilience model for Iran's dairy supply chain under multiple crises and to elucidate the facilitating role of information technology in reducing disruption recovery time.
Methodology: A mixed-methods approach based on secondary evidence was adopted. First, key resilience factors were extracted through a systematic literature review (PRISMA) and qualitative coding of domestic and international studies. Subsequently, the structure of the dynamic model was developed using causal loop diagrams and stock-flow structures. Model parameters were extracted from credible case studies on Iran's and global dairy supply chains, and structural validation was performed through sensitivity analysis.
Findings: The designed dynamic model demonstrates that the combination of "traceability and information transparency" and "information technology innovation" capabilities significantly reduces supply chain recovery time under crisis scenarios. Simulation analysis indicates that investment in information infrastructure exerts a multiplier effect on resilience, and without it, merely increasing strategic reserve inventory has limited effectiveness.
Conclusion: Sustainable resilience of Iran's dairy supply chain requires simultaneous investment in information technology and operational flexibility. The proposed model can serve as a decision-support tool for food industry managers and policymakers in designing strategies to address multiple crises.
