تعهد مدیریت به نوآوری سبز: راهبردی برای تحقق پایداری سازمانی و بهبود عملکرد محیطی

چکیده
این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه بین تعهد مدیریت به نوآوری سبز و پایداری سازمانی و عملکرد محیطی در بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری پرداخته است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیرات میانجی فرهنگ سازمانی محیطی و پذیرش فناوری سبز بر ارتباط بین تعهد مدیریت به نوآوری سبز و نوآوری سبز در فرآیندها و محصولات است. در این پژوهش، از روش پیمایشی و همبستگی استفاده شده است. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شده و تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار Amos انجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تعهد مدیریت به نوآوری سبز به‌طور مثبت و معناداری بر پایداری سازمانی و عملکرد محیطی تأثیر می‌گذارد. همچنین، نقش میانجی فرهنگ سازمانی محیطی و پذیرش فناوری سبز در ارتباط بین تعهد مدیریت به نوآوری سبز و نوآوری سبز در فرآیندها و محصولات تأیید شده است. با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش، مشخص می‌شود که توجه به تعهد مدیریت به نوآوری سبز و ایجاد فرهنگ سازمانی محیطی می‌تواند بهبود در پایداری سازمانی و عملکرد محیطی منجر شود. این نتایج می‌تواند به سازمان‌ها در اتخاذ تصمیمات مناسب برای توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های نوآورانه و سبز کمک کند.

Management Commitment to Green Innovation: A Strategy for Achieving Organizational Sustainability and Improving Environmental Performance

چکیده English

This study investigated the relationship between management commitment to green innovation and organizational sustainability and environmental performance in the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of environmental organizational culture and green technology acceptance on the relationship between management commitment to green innovation and green innovation in processes and products. In this study, a survey and correlation method were used. Data were collected through a questionnaire, and statistical analysis was performed using the structural equation modeling method and Amos software. The findings of the study show that management commitment to green innovation has a positive and significant effect on organizational sustainability and environmental performance. Also, the mediating role of environmental organizational culture and green technology acceptance in the relationship between management commitment to green innovation and green innovation in processes and products has been confirmed. According to the findings of this study, it is clear that paying attention to management commitment to green innovation and creating an environmental organizational culture can lead to improvements in organizational sustainability and environmental performance. These results can help organizations make appropriate decisions to develop and implement innovative and green strategies.
