بررسی تأثیر شفافیت بر بهبود پاسخ گویی کارکنان اداره راه و شهرسازی زاهدان

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر شفافیت بر بهبود پاسخ گویی کارکنان اداره راه و شهرسازی زاهدان است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی – پیمایشی، مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری است و جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان اداره راه و شهرسازی زاهدان می‌باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان برابر با 127 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی برآورد شده است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد شفافیت النشمی (۲۰۱۲)، پرسشنامه استاندارد پاسخگویی قربانی و یاراحمدی (۱۴۰۰) استفاده شده که روایی محتوایی به تأیید استاد راهنما رسید، و روایی سازه از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأیید گردید و پایایی نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ترکیبی به ترتیب برابر با ۸۳۲/۰ و ۸۷۴/۰ محاسبه شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزارهای آماری SPSS و PLS استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شفافیت بر بهبود پاسخ‌گویی کارکنان اداره راه و شهرسازی زاهدان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین، شفاف‌سازی امور اداری و استخدامی تأثیر بیشتری بر پاسخ گویی کارکنان اداره راه و شهرسازی زاهدان دارد.

چکیده English

The present study aims to investigate the effect of transparency on improving the responsiveness of employees of the Road and Urban Development Department of Zahedan. The research method is descriptive-survey, based on structural equations, and the statistical population includes employees of the Road and Urban Development Department of Zahedan. The sample size was estimated to be 127 people using the Morgan table, using a random sampling method. To collect data, the standard transparency questionnaire of Al-Nashmi (2012) and the standard responsiveness questionnaire of Ghorbani and Yarahmadi (1400) were used, whose content validity was approved by the supervisor, and the construct validity was confirmed through factor analysis, and the reliability was calculated using the combined Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was equal to 0.832 and 0.874, respectively. SPSS and PLS statistical software were used to analyze the data. The research findings show that transparency has a positive and significant effect on improving the responsiveness of employees of the Road and Urban Development Department of Zahedan. Also, transparency in administrative and employment matters has a greater impact on the accountability of employees of the Zahedan Road and Urban Development Department.
