All researchers who wish to submit their articles for review and publication to the Journal of Modern Studies in Management and Organization are requested to read the contents of this page, which includes the following seven topics:

1- Conditions for accepting articles, 2- Required files, 3- Types of accepted articles, 4- General structure of the article, 5- Review and publication costs, 6- Important points, 7- Thematic areas

1. Conditions for accepting articles

  • To prevent disruption in the process of following up articles, please register in the system only once and submit each article only once.
  • Given that it is not possible to change the responsible author of the article, please specify it before uploading the article. In addition, it is essential that all authors have ORCID.
  • Since no changes can be made to the authors' details after the article is published, please ensure that the authors' details (names and surnames, organizational affiliations, etc.) and the order of the authors' names are entered correctly and uniformly on the journal's website and in the authors' file.
  • The article must have scientific and research value and be consistent with the scope of activity of the Journal of Modern Studies in Management and Organization (topics).
  • The submitted article must be the result of original research work (the result of the author's first-hand study, experience, and research) and must not have been published in domestic or foreign journals or in the proceedings of seminars and scientific conferences, or submitted to another journal before or at the same time. If it is determined that an article has already been published in another journal (duplicate publication), the journal editor will cancel the article and publish the authors' names and title to the authors' institutions/universities.
  • Please refrain from submitting articles that have not been accepted in journals related to the subject of this journal.
  • Only one article per year will be considered for review and publication.
  • The maximum number of pages accepted for the submitted article is 20 pages. No style should be used in the submitted text.
  • The article can only be received electronically and by visiting this address.

2. Required files

Please send the following files when submitting the article:

  • Download the author profile form (required) from here.
  • Download the main article form (required) from here. (No author profiles should be written anywhere in this file). All required formats for text, tables and graphs, formulas, and how to write references are explained in this file. Please read this file carefully and follow all the points (especially the highlighted material).
  • Download the Extended abstract form from here.
  • Download the Authors' Commitment Form (Copyright) from here (scan and submit this file after completing and signing it).

It is mandatory to submit the similarity percentage (required) via the Samim Noor system along with the article. Important: Similarity results from other reputable systems are also accepted.

Note:

  • In order to facilitate the article registration process, respected authors can only submit the files "Authors' Profile Form", "Original Article Form (without authors' names)" and "Similarity Percentage" during the review stage, and send the other files after the review process and if the article is accepted for publication.
  • If you see any errors in the above files and are unable to download the files, please inform the journal via email to resolve the problem.

3. Types of accepted articles

The following types of articles are reviewed and accepted in this journal:

  1. Research article: Research articles are the result of the author's own research and investigation. The researcher presents the findings and results of his experiments in the form of an article. In a research article, we address topics that have not been previously researched and that have in fact been an unanswered question. Researchers and scholars are more receptive to these types of articles.
  2. Review article: As the name suggests, review articles and research on a specific topic and ultimately provide a summary of the topic. The researcher's goal in reviewing topics and publishing a review article is to analyze research, existing differences, and problems that have hindered the advancement of the topic.
  3. Analytical essay: An analytical essay is one in which the author presents his or her theory with the help of previous research sources. In this type of scientific essay, the researcher can expand on previous theories with strong arguments; or, in other words, explain and elaborate on them. In an analytical essay, one can even contemplate and reflect on theories that already exist.

6. Important Notes

  • The article file should be uploaded in doc or docx format without the authors' names.
  • The review of articles in this quarterly is done anonymously, therefore, it is necessary to upload the authors' details in Persian and English (including the authors' first and last names, respectively, with the authors' academic rank and organization in the footnote of the page) in a separate file. The address (postal address and zip code), telephone number, and e-mail address of the corresponding author should be specified in the details file.
  • The authors' names should not be included in the main article file name or the file responding to the reviewers.
  • In order to expedite the review process of the articles, respected authors can also specify their proposed reviewers when submitting the article. These proposed reviewers must be professors outside the university where the authors teach or study. Note: It is mandatory to introduce at least one proposed reviewer when submitting the article.
  • Respected authors have the option of choosing a short title for their article when submitting the article. Please choose this short title carefully because this title will be included at the top of your article (due to space limitations, article titles are not included in full at the top of the pages).
  • When writing articles, use sources that have DOI and write this identifier at the end of each of your sources when referencing. This will greatly help increase the credibility of your article and also facilitate its acceptance.
  • Given that the Quarterly Journal of Modern Studies in Management and Organization plans to be indexed in international databases in the future, the detailed abstract will be received in English and all sources (even Persian sources) must be included in English in published articles. Therefore, when searching for sources to write your article, please refer to the English source page on the Persian Journals website and receive the article title and author details in English.
  • Given that the Journal of Modern Studies in Management and Organization intends to be indexed in international databases in the future, all authors are requested to include their ORCID ID in their personal information section (Note: If the article is accepted, the ORCID ID of all authors must be sent. Otherwise, the article will not be published). Download the guide to joining the ORCID site and obtaining an ORCID ID from here.
  • If the corresponding author withdraws for unjustified reasons after submitting the articles to the referee, the Journal of Modern Studies in Management and Organization will refuse to review and publish articles of which the corresponding author is one of the authors (articles that are in the process of being reviewed and published or that are submitted afterwards).
