Cities, as the birthplace of culture and civilization, have always been of interest to theorists of various sciences. The complex structure and space of the city have forced thoughtful people to think about reforming and creating a new structure to solve these existing problems and bottlenecks. With the modernization of societies and the increase in population, especially the urban population, the need for new technologies and tools is felt more. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the establishment of smart education. A researcher-made questionnaire (reliability of the questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.84) is the data collection tool. The statistical population of the research is the employees of the Zahedan City Education High School, which has a population of 206 people. The research sampling method is simple random. SPSS 21 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the collected data. The logistic regression test was used to analyze the research data. The results of logistic regression showed that smart government (9.526), ​​smart interaction and integration (8.926), smart people (8.875), infrastructure (8.872), human resources (7.757), technology adoption (7.567), smart economy (7.236), and multimedia content-based electronic interaction platform (5.765) are respectively the most important in educational smartization.
