Investigating the Relationship Between Knowledge-based Leadership and Employee Performance and Empowerment (Study of: Employees of the National Bank of Khuzestan)

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge-based leadership and employee performance and empowerment among employees of the National Bank of Khuzestan. This study is an applied study in terms of its purpose and a descriptive-survey study in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study is all employees of the National Bank of Khuzestan, 650 people, and the sample size is 242 employees based on the Cochran sample estimation formula. A questionnaire was used to collect data and measure the relationship between the research variables. The structural equation modeling method and SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software were used to analyze the data. The results of this study show that knowledge-based human resource management has a significant effect on the sustainable performance of employees and the psychological empowerment of human resources, and that psychological empowerment of human resources has a significant effect on the sustainable performance of employees, and finally, knowledge-based leadership has a significant effect on the performance of personnel with the mediating role of individual knowledge management interaction.
