Investigating the Quality of the Education Process in Government Organizations in Zahedan City

Abstract
The aim of the present study is to investigate the impact of the quality of the training process on the performance of government organizations in Zahedan. The research method is descriptive-survey type, based on structural equations, and the statistical population of employees of government organizations in Zahedan is 539. The sample size was estimated to be 420 people using the Cochran formula and stratified random sampling method. To collect data, the standard questionnaire of the quality of the educational process by Momen Moghaddam et al. (1402) and the performance of government organizations by Nodeh Farahani (1400) were used, and the content validity and construct validity were confirmed, and the reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was equal to 0.821 and 0.806, respectively. SPSS23 and PLS3 statistical software were used to analyze and analyze the data. The research findings show that the quality of the educational process has a positive and significant effect on the performance of government organizations in Zahedan. Also, employee behavior has a greater effect on the performance of government organizations in Zahedan.
