Identifying Human Resource Management Challenges in Iranian Private Organizations and Providing Solutions

Abstract
Human resource management faces major challenges in organizations. The complexity of organizational work and behaviors with employees has created many difficulties for these processes. This study aimed to identify the challenges of human resource management in Iranian organizations and provide solutions. The present study is qualitative and has a developmental approach based on the purpose of the research. The tool and method of data collection are semi-structured interviews. Coding-based content analysis was used to analyze the data. The statistical population of this study consists of managers and experts in the human resource department of private organizations, of which 53 people participated as a statistical sample in the research process. Research findings. In the first stage, the challenges were identified as including the themes of 1. Trust and credibility of human resources, 2. Organizational processes, 3. Talent management, 4. Welfare and job satisfaction, 5. Training and development, 6. Management and leadership style, and 7. Technology and artificial intelligence. In the second step, appropriate solutions were identified in three main themes: 1. Fundamentals and infrastructures of human resource management, 2. Improving human resource management processes and systems, and 3. Improving employee conditions and retaining human resources.
