Social capital, as a key foundation of urban sustainable development, plays an essential role by fostering inclusive participation, strengthening social bonds, and enhancing institutional effectiveness (Putnam, 2000; Woolcock & Narayan, 2000).</span><br><strong><span lang="EN">Methodology:</span></strong><span lang="EN"> This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population includes all residents of Pardis new town (73,363 people), and the sample size was determined as 382 individuals based on Cochran's formula. Data were collected using a standard questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The reliability of the instrument was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.97). Data analysis was performed using one-sample t-test, as well as Friedman and Wilcoxon tests (Field, 2018).</span><br><strong><span lang="EN">Findings:</span></strong><span lang="EN"> The results of the one-sample t-test indicated that the mean scores of all social capital components were significantly higher than the theoretical value (3), with significance levels below 0.05. The Friedman test revealed that "cooperation and social participation" with a mean rank of 4.92 had the highest impact, while "social cohesion and solidarity" with a mean rank of 2.92 had the lowest impact on sustainable development.</span><br><strong><span lang="EN">Conclusion:</span></strong><span lang="EN"> Social capital, particularly in the form of civic participation and social trust, constitutes a key infrastructure for achieving sustainable development in new towns. The low ranking of social cohesion underscores the need for designing cultural and social programs aimed at fostering connections among various resident groups. </span> <strong><span lang="FA">هدف:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر ابعاد مختلف سرمایه‌اجتماعی بر تحقق توسعه پایدار در شهر جدید پردیس انجام شده است. سرمایه ‌اجتماعی به‌عنوان زیربنای کلیدی توسعه پایدار شهری، با تقویت مشارکت فراگیر، تحکیم پیوندهای اجتماعی و ارتقای کارآمدی نهادی، نقشی اساسی ایفا می‌کند.</span> <br><strong><span lang="FA">روش‌شناسی:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه ساکنان شهر پردیس (۷۳,۳۶۳ نفر) بوده و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران ۳۸۲ نفر تعیین شده است. داده‌ها با پرسشنامه‌ای استاندارد با مقیاس لیکرت گردآوری شد. پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ (۹۷/۰) تأیید گردید. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون</span><span dir="LTR"> t </span><span lang="FA">تک‌نمونه‌ای و آزمون‌های فریدمن و ویلکاکسون استفاده شد.</span><br><strong><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> نتایج آزمون</span><span dir="LTR"> t </span><span lang="FA">نشان داد که میانگین همه مؤلفه‌های سرمایه‌اجتماعی بالاتر از مقدار نظری ۳ بوده و سطح معناداری کمتر از ۰۵/۰ است. آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که «همیاری و مشارکت اجتماعی» با میانگین رتبه ۹۲/۴ بالاترین و «انسجام و همبستگی اجتماعی» با میانگین رتبه ۹۲/۲ پایین‌ترین تأثیر را بر توسعه پایدار داشته‌اند</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><br><strong><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> سرمایه ‌اجتماعی به‌ویژه در قالب مشارکت مدنی و اعتماد اجتماعی، از زیرساخت‌های کلیدی تحقق توسعه پایدار در شهرهای جدید است. پایین بودن رتبه انسجام اجتماعی، لزوم طراحی برنامه‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی برای ایجاد ارتباط میان گروه‌های ساکن را نمایان می‌سازد.</span> https://www.jmsmo.ir/article_252068_f7ebc28d3b74ba44e149e661c0a144fb.pdf
